Jaysus, that was awkward! Gert is lovely and all, a right bit of stuff. But sure she's only a kid really. She'll get over it. She'll find someone young and start all over again. Its not like I broke her heart or anything. But jaysus that Maggie is another thing all together. Some bit of stuff. I'd have had her too only for Gert came home early. I'd forgot all about her! Jaysus, no comparison between a frail 'oul yoke like Gert and a fine, 'experienced, real woman like her Mother. But sure, that's all shot to hell now. And I doubt I'll be selling anything to the Polpins again either. Crawfords will be wondering. That shop bought a lot off us. T'would of been worth losing them as customers if I'd got Maggie in the sack. I tell ya, them Kerry women are mad, and mad for it too!
